Terms of Service

1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using CraftFlow at https://www.craftflow-cy.com (the "Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

CraftFlow is an AI-powered SaaS platform that helps Etsy sellers generate product listing content (titles, tags, descriptions) and social media captions from product photos. The Service is operated by CYCLE Co., Ltd., a company incorporated in Japan.

3. Account Registration

  • You must provide accurate and complete information when creating an account.
  • You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • You must notify us immediately at support@craftflow-cy.com of any unauthorized use of your account.
  • One account per person or business entity.

4. Subscription and Payment

  • Paid plans are billed monthly in advance and automatically renew unless cancelled.
  • All prices are shown in USD and are inclusive of consumption tax where applicable.
  • Payment is processed securely by Stripe.
  • You may cancel your subscription at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period. No refunds are issued for partial months.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree NOT to use the Service to:

  • Generate content that infringes on the intellectual property rights of others.
  • Produce spam, misleading listings, or fraudulent product descriptions.
  • Attempt to reverse engineer, scrape, or overload the Service's infrastructure.
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including Etsy's seller policies.
  • Share your account credentials or resell access to the Service.

6. Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of the content you upload (photos, product details). You grant us a limited license to process your content solely to provide the Service. The AI-generated listing content is provided to you for your use. CraftFlow's platform, software, and branding remain the exclusive property of CYCLE Co., Ltd.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT AI-GENERATED CONTENT WILL MEET YOUR EXPECTATIONS OR COMPLY WITH ETSY'S POLICIES AT ANY GIVEN TIME.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, CYCLE CO., LTD. SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF PROFITS OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE FEES YOU PAID IN THE THREE MONTHS PRECEDING THE CLAIM.

9. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account at our discretion if you violate these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ceases immediately. You may also terminate your account at any time by contacting support.

10. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Japan, without regard to conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Tokyo District Court.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes at least 14 days in advance via email or an in-app notice. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
